Experienced RV Sales Professional
We’re not looking for just another salesperson. We’re looking for an experienced RV sales professional who takes pride in their work, knows how to build lasting relationships, and understands what it takes to create customers for life.
We are a family-owned RV dealership with more than 50 years in business. Our reputation has been built by taking care of our customers, treating people right, and doing business the right way.
We’re looking for an experienced professional who shares those values and wants to build a long-term career with an established dealership.
What We’re Looking For
The right candidate will:
Have proven RV sales experience
Be self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Be tech savvy and comfortable working internet leads, CRM systems, text, email, and social media
Understand the importance of consistent follow-up and relationship building
Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
Be dependable, organized, prepared, and on time
Be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results
Be motivated to build a strong book of business, generate referrals, and develop repeat customers
Take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through delivery and beyond
A Better Sales Schedule
One of the biggest advantages of joining our dealership is something that can be difficult to find in the RV industry:
✓ 5-day work week
✓ Closed every Sunday
We believe great sales professionals should have the opportunity to build a successful career and earn a great living while still having time for family and life outside the dealership.
Build Your Career With Us
If you’re an experienced RV salesperson who is confident in your abilities, serious about your career, and looking for a long-term home with a respected family-owned dealership, we’d like to talk with you.
Bring your experience, professionalism, and work ethic. We’ll provide the opportunity to build something long term.
