Adventure Supply Co. isn't looking for someone to manage an online store.

We're looking for someone to build a business.

If you've successfully built, scaled, and operated an e-commerce business—and have the results to prove it—we want to talk.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a growing brand in the RV, overlanding, camping, and outdoor adventure market. You'll have the freedom to build systems, grow revenue, expand product offerings, and eventually build your own team.

What You'll Be Responsible For

This isn't a desk job.

You'll start by learning, executing, and being accountable for every aspect of the business from the ground up.

That means:

Shipping & receiving
Inventory management
Product sourcing
Warehouse organization
Photography and content
Product listings
Website management
Customer experience
Order fulfillment
Vendor relationships
Marketing coordination

You'll understand every moving part before improving it.

From there, your mission is to build the best online shopping experience in the RV and adventure industry.

You'll Own:

Complete e-commerce operations
Website optimization and conversion
SEO and merchandising
Product launches
Pricing strategy
Promotions
Analytics and KPI reporting
Customer acquisition and retention
Continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications

Documented success growing an e-commerce business (required)
Proven history increasing online revenue and profitability
Experience managing inventory and merchandising
Strong understanding of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization
Ability to create scalable systems and processes
Comfortable working both strategically and operationally
Entrepreneurial mindset
Self-motivated and accountable

Compensation

$65,000–$125,000+

Compensation will depend on experience, documented success, and the value you can create.
